Safety & Reach Policy

​

For safety and insurance reasons, we use a 2-step ladder only.
All cleaning is performed on reachable areas, including décor, picture frames, ceiling fans, vents, moldings, furniture surfaces, and other accessible high spots.

We do not move heavy furniture or appliances.
